My real estate journey started in Florida in 1996. After more than a decade serving Florida buyers and sellers, life took me to the Boston area, where I lived for over a decade and gained a completely different perspective of the cold-climate housing market, how relocation actually works for families moving across the country, and what Northeast buyers think about before deciding to move south. In 2020, I returned to Florida, renewed my real estate license, and I've been actively practicing in Central Florida ever since. I'm honored to share my nineteen years of active Florida real estate experience, and my personal understanding of what it takes to relocate to the Sunshine State.
