How do I get access to the First Home App?
The First Home App is included with your First Home membership, which you set up on our website. Once you're a member, open the app and sign in with the same account and everything unlocks.
I signed in but a feature says it's part of my membership.
That means the account isn't showing an active membership yet. Make sure you're signed in with the same email you used to become a member. If it still doesn't unlock, email us and we'll sort it out.
How do I unlock the worksheets?
Worksheets are unlocked with the code printed inside the book. Enter it on the worksheet code page. Full members get the worksheets too.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account in the app, in Settings. It removes your profile and saved progress and cancels any active subscription. You can also email us and we'll do it for you.
